Solis helps your team organise events and maintenance visits. One of the latest additions to our system is a visual calendar which allows users to display meetings, events and client visits.
The calendar is connected to that modules which register information regarding commercial visits and maintenance visits and displays the two types of events separately.
Some new functionalities come in support of the new feature: you cand now set not only the date, but also the time of day and estimated duration of a visit, these allowing the event to be properly displayed among other activities.
There are three visual templates: you can either see the activity calendar for a month, a week or a single day. Each event displayed in the calendar is directly connected to the database, giving instant access to the event’s complete details. Each change made in the system is automatically seen in the calendar.
