Chapter 33. Technical support and errors administration
In case of error, following the installation of a new Solis version:
- try to use the previous version for the same operation.
For example, if Solis can be accessed at: http://192.168.1.200/solis/vanzari
then the previous version can be accessed at : http://192.168.1.200/old/vanzari
- in case of error, use the "send to support" option. The Solis team will receive a notification.
- Use the support interface to describe as detailed as possible the problem you face (specify a client code, a product code, a document number, depending on the case) at http://www.nemesisit.ro -> Clients -> Support online.
If you do not have access to the support interface, send the information about the error at support@nemesisit.ro
