the "Special discount" field - use it if you want to set a different discount value than the ones you use currently. This will be displayed on the print version of the document.

the "Approved by" field - is useful if you want to make a special discound that needs an explicit approval.

the "Close" option - allows you to block the edit option of an offer. If you click the "Close" button, the offer will remain in the client's history but it will allow no changes.

the "Delete" button - allows you to remove an offer from the client's hostory

	An offer can be removed only if there are no related information in the database (orders, contracts, etc) Observation for all documents that contain product lists (offers, orders, contracts): to delete such documents, it is necessary to remove the product list first.
