The stock management module can be accessed using the "Documents" button in the main menu. The first page contains various options for stock administration documents searching.

documents -> Search |
The search will return the list of document that correspond to the searching criteria.
For each document, you can see:
its number, type, date of registration, company
the warehouse to which it reffers- if it is the case
the status - for stock administration document, the status can be either "Issued" or "Not issued".
