Maintenance intervention, at the client's location. It usually follows an alert. It can be associated to a maintenance contract. It can include a list of scanned documents and details about the equipments and services

REMINDER

Marking option for an event. It represents a date in the future when the event should become current

REZERVATION

Option that allows you to block a certain product, in a client's account

EQUIPMENT SYSTEM

List of equipments of the same client, grouped by type and location, to facilitate the maintenance activity

STATUS

Attribute that defines the current state of an operation with several phases (order, reservation, alert, intervention, etc.)
